I honestly don't really get all the hype...
I feel kinda bad, because I didn't give this series my full attention. Like the structure of how I read always makes books go to waste?
But at the same time, lots of people on bookstagram and booktube didn't like it either, so I feel less guilty now.
I'm just hoping that Six of Crows is better, because I'm actually really looking forward to it.
But I have one question...
WHO THE HECK DOESN'T SHIP MALINA...? WHO ELSE IS THERE TO SHIP ALINA OR MAL WITH??? NIKOLAI? THE DARKLING?! Not gonna lie sometimes I shipped Darklina but no. DON'T COME AT ME BUT I ACTUALLY LIKE THE CHILDHOOD FRIENDS/FRIENDS TO LOVERS TROPE. OK I WILL RUNNN NOW BECAUSE I HAVE NOT SEEN ONE PERSON WHO SPECIFICALLY SAID THEY LIKE THE FRIENDS TO LOVERS. BUT I HAVE SEEN MANY PEOPLE WHO SPECIFICALLY SAID THEY HATE IT. SO I WILL RUN AWAY NOWWW đ♀️đ♀️đ♀️.
